Everyone knows that healthy eating habits help keep your figure slim and trim, but did you that healthy eating habits help give your skin a healthy glow? Hydration and a healthy diet are not
only reflected on the inside but through our skin as well. These five foods will help your skin look fabulous!

Water

Drinking lots of water will help your skin look its' best.

Eggs

Eggs are rich in Vitamin A, which helps stimulate skin repair. Other foods rick in Vitamin A include spinach, nectarines and milk.

Oranges

Oranges are rich in Vitamin C. Your body needs Vitamin C in order to product collagen, which keeps your skin young, firm and wrinkle free.

Melon

Melon is a fruit that is low in sugar, and helps keep your skin firm and youthful. High sugar fruit can make your body retain excess water and inflamation.

Salmon

Salmon is rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids which are considered essential fatty acids. Essential Fatty Acids are necessary for our health but our bodies don't manufacture them. EFA's reduce the inflamation that causes puffiness under the eyes and help prevent acne.
